“Jordan Grading Company, Inc.”, a Nevada corporation, doing business as JGC Authenticators (‘JGC,’ ‘we,’ ‘our,’ or ‘us’) in South Dakota, provides the services described herein. These Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’) govern your use of JGC’s website, services, and redemption program. By purchasing a product, registering a card, or participating in any sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

 

 

1. Eligibility

1.1. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase or participate.
 1.2. Purchases are only available to residents of the United States.
 1.3. Sweepstakes or giveaways are void where prohibited by law, including but not limited to certain states or jurisdictions with restrictions.
1.4. Card cases that are opened/broken/tampered with will be disqualified. Cards must remain in original JGC casing to be eligible for redemption.
1.5. JGC reserves the right to cancel/refund any purchases that may be deemed as potential fraud. 

 

 

2. Products & Card Registration

2.1. Each graded sports card sold by [JGC] is assigned a unique registration number which will be used to register the card.
 2.2. Customers may register their registration number on our website (www.JGCauthenticators.com) to participate in eligible sweepstakes, giveaways, or promotional drawings.
 2.3. Registering a card does not guarantee winning any prize.

 

 

3. Sweepstakes & Giveaways

3.1. No purchase is necessary to enter or win where prohibited. Where required by law, alternative methods of entry (“AMOE”) will be made available.
 3.2. Sweepstakes are subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and are void in any jurisdiction where prohibited or restricted by law.
 3.3. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Customers are able to register as many cards as they would like.
3.4. Winners will be selected at random and notified by email or through their registered account.
 3.5. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
 3.6. [JGC] reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.
3.7. Eligibility of prizes and or sweepstakes will be reliant on registering the card on the website (www.JGCauthenticators.com).
3.8. JGC Cards do not expire and will remain eligible for redemption for the duration of the JGC Redemption Program. In the event the program is discontinued, JGC reserves the right to set a final redemption period, which will be communicated in advance.
3.9. All prizes will be posted on the JGC website with the initials and state of the winners. 

 

 

4. State-Specific Restrictions

4.1. Residents of states or jurisdictions where sweepstakes, giveaways, or promotional contests are restricted or prohibited (including, but not limited to, New York, Florida, and Rhode Island, where additional registration or bonding may apply) may be ineligible to participate.
 4.2. It is your responsibility to ensure that your participation is legal in your state of residence.
 4.3. [JGC] reserves the right to deny entry or void prizes for participants in prohibited jurisdictions.

 

 

5. Winner Requirements

5.1. Winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and/or a Publicity Release (where permitted by law).
5.2. Failure to comply with winner verification requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
5.3. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
5.4. Winners will be responsible for the postage/shipping and handling to receive the prize.
5.5. To redeem the prize, a photo must be submitted including the winner holding the winning card. 

 

 

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. [JGC], its affiliates, employees, and agents are not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

  • Technical malfunctions, website errors, or unauthorized access.

  • Any injury, loss, or damage arising out of participation or prize acceptance.

  • Lost, damaged or stolen cards. Unless a shipping error is identified by the company, situations will be handled on a case by case basis with Customer Support. 

6.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

 

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the website are owned by [JGC]. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit such content without written permission.

 

 

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [South Dakota], without regard to conflict of law principles.
 8.2. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and you waive the right to participate in a class action.

 

 

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
