What We Do

JGC Authenticated Cards is service where you receive a unique, authenticated sports card, along with chances to win exclusive prizes every month. Each card is graded EX (excellent) or higher, with the potential to reach a Gem Mint rating, each card offers the excitement of a Mystery Card with a guaranteed minimum grade of EX. Autographed cards may not be EX grade, but they are authenticated.

How It Works

Now you can enjoy your passion for collecting graded trading cards, with the potential to pull iconic and highly desirable cards for your collection. Here’s how it works: 

1. Visit the JGC Graded Card website, select your preferred category by sport team (for $19.95/card +Shipping & Tax) or upgrade to an Autographed card for an additional $5. You can receive a $5/month discount by enrolling in the subscription service, cancellable at any time.

2. Once your card arrives, it will be graded EX or better, possibly reaching the coveted Gem Mint grade. Each card is a "Mystery Card" with a guaranteed grade of at least EX. 

3.  Take your card and register it on the JGC website to enroll the card for future giveaways. You will be able to view all of your registered cards once logged into your account.

4. We post winning numbers from among the cards sold and notify the winner via the contact info on their account, giving you the chance to win big or secure an exceptional collectible. The excitement of winning adds a new thrill to collecting your favorite teams and sports!

We currently only ship within the US. Stay tuned as we work on expanding our services internationally. 

Cards are typically shipped out 24-48 hours after the order is placed, barring exceptions during holidays and weekends, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. 

Subscription Questions

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or reaching out to support@jgcauthenticators.com. 

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed $14.95 per card plus tax and shipping once every 30 days when we ship your new card of the month. (or $19.95 plus tax and shipping if you select autographed card). By subscribing, you save $5 each month over the one-time-purchase price.

Will my subscription auto renew?

Yes, you don’t have to do anything as long as you want to receive your monthly shipment.

Returns and Order Questions

What is your Cancellation Policy?

To cancel your Card of the Month subscription, please cancel 72 hours prior to your next monthly shipment to ensure your order is canceled. If your order has shipped, you will need to follow our return policy. If it has not shipped, we will do our best to stop the order and cancel it for you. For assistance, contact our Customer Support Team at support@jgcauthenticators.com. 

What is your Return Policy?

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our products, and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. To initiate a return, please contact support@jgcauthenticators.com. Cards that are damaged or returns that are at no fault of the customer will have postage paid return labels issued to them.

What do I do if I don't receive a shipment?

Please review the tracking information that was provided to you via email to determine if the order has been delivered or is still enroute. If the tracking indicates delivery, please verify that no other members of your household received the delivery on your behalf. Please contact support@jgcauthenticators.com ASAP for further assistance on these matters.

Do you offer exchanges?

This is handled on a case-by-case basis due to inventory. Please contact us at support@jgcauthenticators.com for assistance with exchanges.

How is the card chosen each month?

The card is carefully selected based on various factors, such as your selected preferences, market trends, and box breaks. We aim to deliver a unique and valuable card to each subscriber that has been verified 100% authenticated. 

Can I choose which card I receive?

Cards are curated by your favorite team, and you will receive a surprise card each month, making the experience more exciting. 

Prize Giveaway Questions

What are the giveaways?

These are an opportunity for registered purchasers of JGC cards to win exclusive sports memorabilia, rare cards, or other collectibles and experiences such as tickets to sporting events. 

How do I become eligible for the giveaways?

You must create an account and register your JGC card(s). Winners will be selected from the registered card pool. Please keep your cards as we will verify the winners with a photo of them holding the winning card. The number on the front needs to be visible to be used for verification.

How do I know if I was selected as a winner?

Winners will be selected from cards that are registered on the site. We will contact you via email or SMS using the details you entered when creating your account, so please make sure you can be reached using those contact details. This will offer you the opportunity to win big or acquire a remarkable collectible. Winners are identified by the unique number printed above each card.

How will I know when a giveaway is being drawn?

The number of giveaways and prizes drawn will vary throughout the year. Giveaways will be announced on our public marketing channels, so make sure you are subscribed to our email list and following us on social media for the most up to date information.

Can I win more than once?

You can win multiple times, and your card number will be active as long as you maintain a registered JGC account in good standing and retain possession of the card.

What if I lose or sell my JGC Authenticated Card?

To remain eligible for the giveaways, you must retain possession of the card in its original, unmodified case. We will verify the winner via photo or video that they have the winning card.

What do I do if I was selected as a winner?

If the unique authentication number on your card is selected, we will contact you via the contact details provided when you registered your account. Winners will be notified immediately upon drawing, and will have 30 days to verify and claim their prize. After 30 days, the giveaway winner will be ineligible, and JGC reserves the right to either void the drawing or select a new winner. Winners will be required to verify their possession of the card either via photo or video. 

Alternate Means of Entry/No Purchase Necessary

Households/Individuals can register one entry by mailing a legible, handwritten stamped postcard to: (PO box). This postcard must include the entrant's name, mailing address, and email. This will provide entrants with 1 entry number, participants will be emailed this number. If this number is drawn, participants will receive notification via email.
