Return/Refund Policy

POLICY RETURN DEADLINE:

We handle returns on a case by case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our products and want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. We will always do our best to take care of customers. Our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@jgcauthenticators.com. Once your return is approved, you will be provided instructions on how to return your item.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  

RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE):

Once your return request is approved and your item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, we will process your refund back to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment provider.

  

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@jgcauthenticators.com and we will respond within 24 hours.

  

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@jgcauthenticators.com and we will respond within 24 hours.

  

CANCELLATION POLICY (CARD OF THE MONTH SUBSCRIPTION):

To cancel your Card of the Month subscription, please cancel at least 72 hours prior to your next monthly shipment to ensure your order is successfully canceled.

If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our return process. If it has not shipped, we will do our best to stop the order and cancel it for you. For assistance, contact our Customer Support Team at support@jgcauthenticators.com.

  

SHIPPING:

To return your product, please email us at support@jgcauthenticators.com for return instructions. We will respond within 24 hours.

If the return is due to damage or an issue that is not the fault of the customer, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
